BTEC 3 Advanced Award in Community Safety FULLY BOOKED

Aimed at officers who specialise in antisocial behaviour or work within the community safety sector. The course gives delegates a broad choice of modules introducing the tools and powers available to tackle antisocial behaviour and covering the skills and knowledge required to become a competent specialist.

To qualify delegates are required to complete four modules including the mandatory Tools and Powers module.

Each module is x2 parts delivered online from 9am -12.30pm.

This course covers a wide range of topics with a focus on national strategic development, the wider community safety agenda and supervising casework.  Exploring the history of Community Safety strategy and the concept of Antisocial Behaviour with a focus on how partnerships operate and how historical cases have shaped current practice and strategy.

There are four compulsory modules which will run from 9am -12.30pm delivered online via Teams.

The dates and modules are:
Community Safety Agenda: Wednesday 2nd October 2024 

ASB Tools & Powers: Wednesday 9th October 2024

Supervising Casework: Wednesday 16th October 2024
