Community Safety Professionals Training Ltd (CSPT) is the national leading provider of the Community Safety BTEC to the community safety and antisocial behaviour sector. We deliver a fully accredited programme of BTEC qualifications.

Our BTEC courses are tailor made to provide the necessary understanding, skills and tools for community safety and ASB practitioners to support them to meet the increasing demands at every stage of their career.

We offer a range of courses for frontline practitioners, from entry level through to supervisory & managerial courses. We believe the use of real case study examples and topical issues give delegates a solid grounding in how best to respond to ASB and community safety situations.

Professional Training courses can also be delivered inhouse and tailored to suit the organisation’s processes and procedures.

We offer a range of courses in specialist areas to give practitioners a solid grounding in how best to respond to often-complex challenges such as vulnerability, mental health, domestic abuse, city centre issues, tenancy fraud and cuckooing.
