This involves investigating cases of antisocial behaviour, the implementation of strategies or interventions to resolve the issues and the provision of appropriate advice to victims.

This course will provide learners with knowledge of how to investigate antisocial behaviour & community safety issues, how to record the progress of an investigation whilst implementing an escalating series of appropriate responses until the situation is resolved and what community safety related advice to give.
